1. What we collect

Property DB collects information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, and property preferences when you or your agent registers an account or submits a lead form. We also collect WhatsApp message content when you communicate with an agent through our platform.

2. How we use your data

• To match property buyers and tenants with relevant listings
• To facilitate communication between agents and clients via WhatsApp
• To send property alerts and viewing reminders
• To improve and operate the platform

3. Meta / WhatsApp integration

We use the WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to send and receive messages. When you interact with our WhatsApp number, your phone number and message content are processed through Meta's infrastructure and stored in our database. We do not share your data with Meta for advertising purposes.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the real estate agent managing your inquiry, and with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g. Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting).

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your rights & data deletion
