How to request deletion
To have your personal data permanently deleted from Property DB — including your contact details, WhatsApp message history, and any lead records — send an email to:
Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the phone number or email address associated with your data so we can locate your records.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- WhatsApp message history associated with your number
- Property preferences and lead records
- Any activity logs tied to your account
Timeline
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email once deletion is complete. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law.
Meta / Facebook data
If you interacted with us via WhatsApp, data passed through Meta's infrastructure is subject to Meta's own retention policies. To request deletion from Meta directly, visit Facebook's data deletion page.
